Stephane was great! Was able to fit me in the same day I called—when he arrived–he was professional and personable. He was able to figure out the issue within minutes and then not only fix the problem, but took the time to explain the issue so if it came up again, we could fix it ourselves. The plastic junction box for a hanging light fixture broke from the 15’ high ceiling in a stairwell. I contacted Stephane Chevrier at Tx Electric. He gave an approximate quote over the phone and scheduled a day to repair. Stephane said it would take about an hour. He contacted me when he was enroute and arrived on time with a helper. He placed tarps in the area and began work. After about an hour, he was complete and cleaned up, charging the quoted price. Yes, I recommend TX Electric and would use him again.
